Frequently Asked Questions
How do tokens work?
1 token = 1 page of your PDF with up to 50 transaction rows. A 10-page bank or credit card statement uses 10 tokens. Most statements fall well within this limit.
What if a page has more than 50 rows?
For unusually dense pages with more than 55 rows (50 + 5 grace), additional tokens are charged. For example: 106 rows on a single page = 3 tokens. This is rare and you'll be notified if it happens.
Do unused tokens roll over?
Free tier weekly tokens reset every Sunday. Paid tier tokens reset monthly at your billing date. The 10 signup tokens and any purchased token packs never expire.
What if I need more tokens?
You can purchase additional token packs that never expire, or upgrade to a higher tier.
How long are my files kept?
Both uploaded PDFs and generated files are automatically deleted after 7 days for your security.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
